Available Spaces

Approx 5,000 sq feet of tile, marble and mahogany. Can hold up to 100-250 people depending on the setup

900 sq feet. A grand entrance for your attendees

A great space for VIP, early entry guests as well as being perfect for signature or themed cocktails. 50-80 people can fit in the the balcony depending on the setup

A smaller space with a bathroom and kitchenette that is good for VIP or a staff area.

225 sq feet. All original stone and murals super vibey room

600 sq ft. A big kitchen for catering, plating or just an extra space for your event staff

Approx 4,000 square feet of studio space with 13' ceilings, can be used for 50-180 people depending on the room set up

While you can use any entrance for your event, most people opt for the Loggia as their main entrance.

THIS IS RED is located minutes from downtown, and even closer to all of the restaurants and hotels at the Waterfront

We have all of the gear you need for most events. If you need something special we can help facilitate that through rentals or additional vendors.

We have no restriction on catering, so you can use who ever your preferred service is. Being total foodies, we do have some favorites that have been here, check out our list of vendors we love on this page.

There is a ton of free street parking around our building, but if you want to have valet (which most big events have) just check out our vender list.

Even though some of our walls are four feet thick, we've made sure there is great wifi coverage all over the building

Most events already have their entertainment planned for, but since we have many connections with music and entertainers we can point you in the right direction if you need.

You can use any vendors that you like, but we have with a bunch of people that we think are awesome. Check out the vendor list on this page for more info.

TENETS & TRUISMS

We will have limited staff for general venue support. You should plan to have staff to check guests in, ushers, catering/wait staff, assistance for setup and breakdown, etc. TIR staff does not participate in setup and breakdown.

An Event Coordinator is required throughout the planning process and needs to be onsite the day of the event.

All parties, including staff, must depart the building by 11PM.

Bathroom trailers are required for events over 130 guests.

Rental of a padded dance floor is required for events over 175 guests in the Knave (Level 1 L). A padded since floor is not required for the Studio (Level -1 B).

Professional security is required for events with over 175 guests for the duration of the event, Munhall off-duty police can be procured for a reasonable cost.

THIS IS RED will need to sign-off on plans for each space that is rented.

Our limited table inventory is included with the rental, but seating and additional tables must be procured by the renter from a third party vendor (check out our vendor list for some solid choices.)

Outside tents, and additional pipe and drape in the studio or front hallway areas are prohibited.

Materials and decorations may not be attached onto the structure.

Do not block or cover building exists, security cameras, artwork or the THIS IS RED logos in or outside of the building.

Candles, flame, gas heaters or sparks of any kind are prohibited on the premises.

Children and pets must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

You can add additional spaces after the contract is signed, (payment will need to be received 1 week prior to the event). You can not subtract spaces from the rental agreement once the contract is signed.
