Working as part of Coca-Cola’s Design Machine team, we provided visioning and prototypes for the original concept and then dove in to the user experience and design to drive adoption of the system.
A huge success for the Coca-Cola Company, the Design Machine cut agency costs from the bottom line and saved time for Coca-Cola’s marketers. Previously, localizing a point of sale piece could take 4 weeks, but with the Design Machine, it could be less than ten minutes.
After nine years of online success, the Design Machine needed an additional focus on a mobile solution for Coca-Cola’s field sellers. These sellers spend an average of 60 seconds with each customer, often visiting more than 100 customers per day. Understanding the context and the tenuous internet connectivity in many countries, we created a focused UX and evolved the identity system to be quicker, warmer and more human.
