Transition lenses offer consumers a unique view of the world. So unique, in fact, that it can be difficult to showcase the technology in a way that gives consumers a deeper depth of understanding the product.

In an effort to drive interest, consideration and demand for Transition lenses, we created and deployed Transitions Viewer, a responsive website to be utilized online and in-store at the point of sale.

Transitions Viewer gives consumers a 360-degree interactive view, virtually moving indoors and outdoors while “wearing” Transition lenses. By spotlighting how light can vary in any situation, the consumer experiences how the lenses are constantly adapting. Through relevant in-context tips, consumers become educated about their world and the different features of Transitions lenses.

Since implementation, the Transitions Viewer has become one of the highest traffic areas of the product website with a 45% conversion rate and an average session time of nearly four minutes.
